All Active brothers starting with Kappa Class have
an obligation to live in the house for at least one year

This means if you are an active and you are in classes Kappa, Lambda, Mu or Nu and you haven't lived in Adelphi, you should be singing up to live there for the 2007-2008 school year.

In-House dues are $100 dollars less than regular dues.



One of our Chapter's top priorities is to have our own house within the next two to three years. To do this we're going to start saving money in our Housing Fund. We also hope to increase involvement and interest from our Phoenix area Alumni. Currently, we have a Cluster in the Adelphi Commons II on Apache and Rural. Next year we plan to have it completely filled with brothers. If you're an Alumnus feel free to stop by, usually there's a few of us around at any given time and we'd be glad to tell you more about our Chapter.
